Manager:
Ed Bonanni:
Ed Bonanni is the general partner of the entity. He has over 23 years of experience in all facets of real estate development. He has build over 40 projects in 8 different cities in California. He also has many dealings with projects in Nevada and Kansas City. He is familiar with the entire development process from the land acquisition to the final sale. He is the main point of contact for the day to day operations as well as being the primary contact for the entitlement process and will play the lead role in negotiations of land purchase and sub-contracting.

John Bonanni:
John Bonanni has completed over 40 projects in the past 20 years including the development of large tracts to small lot subdivisions. He has managed many town house developments in the cities of Cypress, Anaheim, Downey and Huntington Beach. He has been in the development business for over 20 years primarily as a field supervisor and investor. He holds a business degree from the University of Southern California.
Architect:
Begovich & Haug Kaz Begovich and Renato Haug
Kaz Begovich and Renato Haug, located in Long Beach, have been the only architects that have been used by Bonanni. They are of record for projects in Escondido, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Downey, La Habra, Anaheim, and Cypress. A twenty-five year old architectural firm, the two principals are University of Southern California graduates and are certified architects.
Frank Sabato:
In 1998, Frank received his real estate license and joined Bowman Real Estate in Cypress shortly thereafter. He specializes in land development, commercial and residential real estate, and industrial investments within the community.
Our approach to working with the cities has been demonstrated in the past in the cities of Fountain Valley, Cypress, Huntington Beach, La Habra, Anaheim, Downey, Riverside and Escondido. We have an excellent working relationship with all departments in all cities in the construction and entitlement process. A first name, long term relationship is enjoyed with staff members at all levels. I have listed some names below of staff members we have worked with in the past.
