Bonanni Development was started by Ed & John Bonanni. 26 years Ago. The Bonanni's saw a need for housing in the local communities at a reasonable price.
Through the years Bonanni Development has always continued to build the affordable townhouse projects along with single family detached homes and commercial property.
Bonanni Development has built over 30 projects all over Southern California. Our Philosophy is simple, work with the Cities and Landowners with straightforward communication and cooperation so that the job gets done and its a "win, win situation for all involved". We do not seek entitlements from governing bodies unless the project has a staff recommendation of approval.
Our approach to working with the cities has been demonstrated all over Southern California. We have an excellent working relationship with all departments concerned in the construction and entitlement process. A first name, long term relationship is enjoyed with staff members at all levels.
In addition, "town hall" meetings are conducted with interested parties and neighbors to acquaint them with the project prior to entitlement hearing on all projects.
